I've also been wondering about the factors that might affect the pricing of the NFTs as I'm not sure if RWAs works the same way other asset work, will the price be affected by demand and supply or will it be affected by acquirability, development or even location, I believe a lot of potential buyers are also likely to ask these questions.
LandDAO needs to employ good publicity if they really want to the attention of a lot of buyers and their roadmap should be layed out as clearly as possible because no one would want to invest in something they don't really understand while people tend to invest in innovative idea that can actually be sold to them, it's not enough to have a good idea, it also needs to be marketable.
