Honestly, you shouldn't expect anything big from Tottenham's management when it comes to hiring coaches. It seems to me that they don't have big goals, something like winning the Premier League. I read news that they will hire Brentford's coach, Thomas Frank.

But there are still other options such as Marco Silva from Fulham or Andoni Iraola from Bournemouth or Oliver Glasner from Crystal Palace.

The point is that all these coaches on this list have not achieved great things, it seems to me that a team like Tottenham needs someone with great experience to organize the team so that they can win the Premier League, it is true that the coaches mentioned on this list know the Premier League very well, but the question I ask myself is whether Tottenham really wants to achieve great things or not.
Appointing T Frank as Ange's replacement is just stupid. You know why? T Frank has lower win rate compared to the Ange. He has 44% WR in his managerial career, while Ange 52%. So i see no reason this plan is going well soon.
I'm not underrating T Frank, but i only say based on his stats compared to the Ange.
Things may be worsen if T Frank will reject a move to the Tottenham, and ended up in Marco Silva. It is just horrific.
They have to appoint a quality manager to change club's habit. I know how finished at the 17th is terrible. That's why someone with a lot of exp needed.
