Hello community!
Once again, we want to clear our position regarding KYC. We have cleared our position at the beginning of our announcement thread and answered this to the user Solosanz.
No KYC needed for registration and withdrawals, unless fraud or abuse is suspected. I think this is a standard rule in the casino industry.
Also, we posted this on that day.
Thank you, Khaled.
Let us clarify what we mean by "No KYC."
You may have seen casinos that require players to complete KYC verification regardless of the withdrawal amount. On those platforms, KYC is mandatory. At Xyes.com, we do not require KYC verification for regular players. However, we reserve the right to request KYC from accounts involved in suspicious or arbitrage activities.
Our Terms of Service (TOS) clearly state this. Some members are referring to the ANN banner, where we mentioned "No KYC." Please note that providing detailed explanations in banner highlights is not feasible.
Since the ANN banner created confusion, we updated it.
As for the users who have created this thread and the other one, this is our official response:
📢Official Notice Regarding Account Termination Due to Arbitrage Activity

❌All profits generated through arbitrage tactics will be forfeited, and the account is now permanently suspended.
To ensure transparency and platform integrity, we would like to emphasize:
