Our Terms of Service (TOS) clearly state this. Some members are referring to the ANN banner, where we mentioned "No KYC." Please note that providing detailed explanations in banner highlights is not feasible.

Since the ANN banner created confusion, we updated it.

You want to say that two different persons has engaged in arbitrage betting each individually or you're suspecting of possible collusion? If you are suspecting collusion, you better be goddamn sure you have evidence of that, because if anyone advise them to take a legal route, you guys would be in trouble.
