The best way corruption can be controlled is writing or constituting a new rule of law that will not benefit the politicians, Judiciary, and legislative because these three important arms of government are supposed to be active in every sector. Individuals can easily adapt to the changes once this is done.

The problem is those same corrupt politicians is the one that needs to write law to fight corruption which obviously they will not do or not prioritize.

They are always on the opposite side in case some good politician write that rules.

This is the same old problem of every country when dealing corruption on a democratic government type.
