UCL next season is still quite far away and we can't see the progress made by each team because the League has just finished. Facing the transfer season and I am sure the strength of each team will increase especially the top 5 of the standings in each League will focus on strengthening it by adding new players. I am sure we will see some very big transfers in the summer. In the past years we have seen clubs that were very good perform very badly, similarly weak teams have been very successful. After years PSG managed to become champions, teams in the Italian league have become very strong, Premier League teams have been very unsuccessful.
I definitely think we will have a very different year with big transfers and new squads. PSG will not be able to do back to back
