how many times have you self excluded yourself and how long was the gap between your requested self exclusion? also, did they say what the ban is for? was it because of the frequent self exclusion or something else?

Umm... I don't think it'll be wise to help OP on this matter? It seems OP is a problematic gambler, and rage betting [well, he raged self-excluding, so...]. Me jumping in and try to convince my contact to lift the restriction is not only impossible due to the action itself will violate Responsible Gambling Act, but also have an adverse effect on OP's overall mental health.

Okay first of all not a problematic gambler my friend. I enjoy gambling as my favorite pastime. I own a home, cars, eggs, etc and put two kids through college so as far as self control I'm more then in control of my life. Now with that said, I've been a loyal player at BC for years and I've always use their self exclusion as a way to not chase a loss. I've used this option dozens of times in the last few years. I unfortunately was angry and didn't stop and read the new info on the updated process. I was under the impression I had the 24 hour email option to cancel my self exclusion. Absolutely my fault and take full accountability of the error. It just sucks because it was not the purpose of my self exclusion request.
