That's NOT the whole story ser. The WHOLE story is also hearing the reasons WHY the casino is blocking the withdrawals of those users. Because, there's definitely a reason WHY it's happening. This isn't a mere "let's scam these users and get their coins". There's a reason for it.
This is the fact but is just that the compliance team hasn't given a clear response why this user withdrawal has been halted.
I don't really see this user as not being guilty but if the Rollbit compliance team doesn't give clearer reason for this, I guess that mau be taken as he/she is not guilty and this isn't good for the solid reputation they have.
If you have an insider view as they, the casino team members have, I don't think you will border to respond to accusations that you already knows that it fake, allegedly, just instance and not concluding that the complaint is fake just clarity usage.
Most of the time, any genuine complain get treated and withdrawals are approved even if delayed, just like the situation I shared about delayed but approved withdrawal request.
This is true but have gone through the trust pilot to see how this possibly false claim has affected the Rollbit rating there?
I know there's a reason for this but if they don't give clearer reason others might be sceptical after seeing this report
