I don't know, that's not for me to answer. Ask the casino. But the point is, what's really happening? Because there might be a serious situation that we don't know.

A massive KYC approval of fake documents that were made using A.I. perhaps? Are nefarious entities starting to use casinos to obfuscate transactions?

That's NOT the whole story ser. The WHOLE story is also hearing the reasons WHY the casino is blocking the withdrawals of those users. Because, there's definitely a reason WHY it's happening. This isn't a mere "let's scam these users and get their coins". There's a reason for it.

How convenient of you to intentionally ignore the red part of the sentence. If the casino can not tell us reasons even when given the chance, then what?
