I totally support your suggestion. I haven’t fully checked the casino myself, so I’m not sure what security features they have, but requiring email verification before processing withdrawal requests is a good idea.
Adding 2FA would also be great, in case they don’t already have it implemented.
Keeping customers' accounts and funds safe and secure must be any service provider's top priority.
Good to know that withdrawals on XYes are almost instant!
I think one of this security feature will be perfectly fine instead
of using the two to avoid making the casino not
to be user friendly and also the stress of multiple verification before having access to the casino
as this can be
very stressful to some users.For me I will suggest they make use of email verification instead of 2FA as this will make the login process to be long and also some technical issues may occur in the process of using 2FA and there by depriving user access to the casino which may eventually leads to lost of customers.
