I was not until 2 days ago. Although, the merit allocation is kind of low as I now focus on sending merits to quality posts since I become a merit soruce. It is 50 smerits but I noticed I am sending more than 10 merits daily and mostly 1 smerit for each posts. Not bad for a start because probably it may later be increased.
