the best way to figure out if a certain strategy works or not is by doing it multiple times and seeing if the results all point to positive or at least most of the results because we know that in gambling nothing is 100% certain so we just need to know the average number and whether we can say that most of the time a certain strategy works or not

In general, by creating good advertising around the idea that Frawley can predict victories with almost 100 percent accuracy, one can make a lot of money. And if he is wrong, they just refund the money. Grin

I am very skeptical about astrologers and numerologists. You might as well do tarot card readings or talk to a shaman he might even make lucky amulets. If it were so easy to know the future, this knowledge would be used at the state level and taught at universities.
I believe all of this is created for making money, and the claim that he does not need money is also just a marketing trick.
