So first you are pretending to be a customer and then you go straight to to "We are currently planning" and "Our Customer Suppoert".

Maybe pick your lane or just be honest about it, because now it seems like this is either such a small casino, that just you registering to it made you part of the team, or you are one of the owners.

What ever is the case, this doesn't signal honesty in anyway, and trustworthiness is the biggest asset any casino could have. Starting your shilling by making up who you are isn't a good choice, and if you really would be a customer, and this would be some guerrilla marketing, i am telling it's backfiring.
