Did they mention any specific terms for taking this action? Looks like they have taken this decision with a proper investigation. We have seen a small number of complaints against them here in the forum. Bk8 representative (BK8.Official) usually give replies to the scam accusation here. Send him a PM, he will give a reply here with further clarification when he will be online again. I'm mentioning @holydarkness here so that he can boost the process here.
