That comes under "Service Discussion" - this section is for accusations of services where you feel you have been or being scammed. Hence topic should be moved to Service Discussion.
Also next time try to make the title and the description of the opening post a bit more lucid and presentable. You dont have to write a high school essay but at least people should understand what you are trying to say, not feel like talking to some 8year old raging with a keyboard up their shoulders.
Feel free to move thread to SD and continue discussion there.

Thanks for the reply. Here's my uuid 4942018. I was trying to avoid the switching of casinos given my vip level but if the only option I'll have to deal with it.
Reached my contact. They said they're 99.99% sure they can't lift the self-exclusion [as it should], but they'll look if there's anything they can do about it. I'll let you know when I hear from them.
