Does anybody EVER get any response at all in their livechat? I just tested it out on a different laptop, and on a different phone and on both occasions after 5 hours not a single reply after I say opening lines like "hello, can you help me please" etc.

Today I asked for a Mod in chat which opens on right side and is public for everyone.
I asked for a Mod. Someone replied to me. After I send my question - no answer...
I don´t know what they do but it looks very fishy...
