You areAre you sure they did not place on a different outcome in different casinos? If they place bets in another casino on a different outcome and both casinos use the same odds provider, that is arbitrage betting. How do you know they were not doing arbitrage betting? However, I do not see a moderator tag on your profile, so you do not meet the criteria.
