If it is just to correct your sentences or what you are about to post, not bad to use AI. I prefer not to use AI at all because my posts are readable although it may not have the best english.

Using it to search for something and copy/paste and post it on this forum is highly prohibited. Although, AI is not banned on this forum but people against it. It can lead to neutral or negative trust and probably it may lead to ban because the person using AI will likely be a shit postposter and his shit posting may lead to ban.
