Our support team and relevant promotions department have already replied to yourself on 2 seperate occasions this week.
Unfortunately, you recieved a prize payout of 2048 USDT incorrectly. This was due to the breaking of promotional rules listed in the 2 emails already sent to you this week.
So we had to reverse that promotional payout.
I do how ever apologise for that payment being sent to your account which gave you the misunderstanding that it was a genuine prize win. I have spoken to the relevant promotions department and we hope we don't make this error again.

OP did make
a reply that got deleted, as he mentioned in the opening post, but I guess it's by mods, given the thread is not self-moderated, thus SB doesn't have any power over one's post.
So, I guess the problem here was that OP was not eligible for the promotional bet in the first place, thus revoked.
