Thank you for responding to my topic, I only played one bet, that basketball match that was won, and from that day on it is simply impossible to verify the account, (withdraw out the money) I sent them every document that stake.com asked for, but they reject it on purpose and are only looking for ways to keep my account unverified and that they thinking I might gamble away the money in a casino or similar, I see that many users are complaining about the same problem, especially since this topic is current right on this forum, so I I decided to ask for help because the conversation with stake.com and their live chat admins is completely useless, they just say send the documents, I send everything they ask for, they refuse it and so it goes on forever
