I would like to ask landDAO why they chose Ghana when we have some top countries in Africa ahead of Ghana.
I believe the reason why LandDAO chooses Ghana and Portugal as one of the countries that will benefit from the land purchase investment is because of the friendly business atmosphere that support vast development with the help of their government...
Apart from the friendly business atmosphere, I think there are other factors LandDOA must have considered before making the choice of Ghana. They might include but not limited to;
- Proximity to landDAO owners
- The price of land in Ghana: Note that the real estate business in some countries is over priced.
- Availability of large land mass
- Centralization of Ghana in the world map
