Apart from the friendly business atmosphere, I think there are other factors LandDOA must have considered before making the choice of Ghana. They might include but not limited to;

Proximity to landDAO owners
The price of land in Ghana: Note that the real estate business in some countries is over priced.
Availability of large land mass
Centralization of Ghana in the world map
