I've had many wallets and exchange accounts like this one. But in general I've sold or transferred things that were in them during the previous bull season or so 
i still keep very small amounts in a few wallets.
If we transfer that money, we will never remember it again, we will invest it in something and it won't be there anymore. But if we keep it in those wallets or accounts for another 5-10 years, it can create capital that will allow us to buy things in the long run

I have quite a lot of tokens or coins in several trading platforms but some of them, I couldnt get in anymore as it needs 2FA and my phone was lost. So yeah, it would be quite a journey if we will check one by one those trading platforms and see what we still have, if we still have some coins that are worth trading for. I will give a very example, yobit. Before, I was collecting those free coins or tokens, and now, most of them are worthless. But hey, they were free to begin with.
This scenario gave me lessons on what coins to keep or hold onto. I used to join some bounties like compiling wallets and all as it has corresponding coins that you can get. However, it came to the point that you will wait for them to be listed in exchanges, and most of them won't see the light of the trading platform. Hence, I stopped doing those works and just focus on top alts.
