Pair this with his history of posts here looking for people that want to buy accounts from him and/or he is looking for things to create several accounts at bookmakers.

When a client loses money, that's good, as soon as he passes and earns some money, you asks for 1000 things and ways to not witdhraw that money, it's a shame and everyone should know and understand that.
