""It's a bad practice for you to memorize your seed phrase because if there's any accident that affects you head, you might lose your memory and your seed phrase is gone likewise your funds.""

Come on, at least read the post before commenting.  Don't just read the title and then type a knee-jerk response.  You didn't even make it to the second sentence  Grin

"Of course I have them backed up as well.  All the typical ways."

It may be nice to know it by heart, but I don't see what the advantage of knowing it by heart is, honestly.

Q. Whats the point of storing your seeds on a metal plate in a secret place?
A. So that its relatively indestructible in case of Fire or flood and that it is not readily accessible
by anyone else.

The upside of this is that if you needed to retrieve your wallet and didnt have access to your physical
words you always have them with you in your memory.

In case you were lets say on holidays, didnt have your metal seed plate with you obviously
and were in need of emergency finances at a difficult time for any number of reasons.

I want to add that memorising the seed phrase like the OP can only benefit our
brain and make it healthier and stronger - which adds longevity it our memory especially
as we get older. Another reason so to commit our seeds to memory!
