To be fair, bitcointalk admins and Moderators will not get involved in scam accusations, so you probably need to change that policy to highly reputable members who might be willing to step in and mediate the situation. I wouldn't just pick a longtime account to step in here but someone who is trusted by the community if you decide this is the route to take. Not tossing my hat in the ring, just giving advice.

OP you can consider escalating this to one of the mediator platforms if you feel you're in the right. Not sure how they operate as I haven't made a claim against casinos.

I think we are making this bigger than it has to be since all evidence is out there. If XYes would have claimed bad line, then we would have to look at the line archive. XYes claimed arbitrage betting for a guaranteed profit. Here are the bet amounts.
