Our support team and relevant promotions department have already replied to yourself on 2 seperate occasions this week.

Unfortunately, you recieved a prize payout of 2048 USDT incorrectly. This was due to the breaking of promotional rules listed in the 2 emails already sent to you this week.

So we had to reverse that promotional payout.

I do how ever apologise for that payment being sent to your account which gave you the misunderstanding that it was a genuine prize win. I have spoken to the relevant promotions department and we hope we don't make this error again.

User was incorrectly (covered above) and  paid a prize amount of 2084USDT, due to the listed reasons.

No True ACCOUNT BALANCE was touched, no funds are being heldAll other eligible customers were paid the promotion winnings on the same day. They received 2084 USDT

The promotional payout was incorrect and was reversed.
Unfortunately not the ideal scenario, but no true User balance is owed or being held.
