Can someone explain what is going on with you.
I have been trying to withdraw a small amount for over two weeks.
I always get the message: Withdrawal is blocked.
Presumably you just want verification. But I don't know if that's the problem.
I get no response to my contact attempts in the chat. I've already tried ten times.

I have been trying to solve my problem with my payout since the beginning of May. On 1st May I contacted support for first time. Without any answer.
On May 19, I wrote in the forum for the first time. Many thanks for your efforts @betboltxbt. He told me that he contacted relevant department and the would answer.
Nothing has happened. I was told to be patient. But honestly. It is not possible to get an answer from supprt within 30 DAYS.
I'm sorry, but my patience is at an end, my trust in the company is no longer there.
It's been 30 days and there's still no response to your concern issue on their platform, if that's what they do to their users then I can understand why you feel that way because if I were you I would feel disappointed just like you dude.
But I hope they can solve this problem of yours with them, if they are really serious about their business and they value their users who trust them. But anyway,
I hope you have a little more patience and wait, maybe they will respond to you if they still don't, it's up to you what you will do.
