Osimhen is a very qualified player and I think he will be very helpful for Manchester United in the front line, but the current obstacle is because of finances, so Manchester United must solve this problem first before building a team and I think there are many ways they can do it, namely by making exchanges and selling some players who are not included in the plan for next season.
There are other things that contribute to adaptation and success of a player at a new league and new club. I am not doubtful about talent and capability of Osimhen but he has never played in Premier League, it's first challenge for him while there is another risk factor that needs to be considered carefully by Manchester United. Osimhen has had bad record with injuries and when he gets older, past injuries might potentially affect his body more pluses possible new injuries in future.
Intensity and playing style in Premier League are amplifying factors for injury risk on Osimhen and if this happens, he will has dramatically decline in his appearances as well as performance quality for Manchester United.
Manchester United has a lot of players in its squad. Manchester United pays high wages to its players. But even then, the performance of this team is weak. Manchester United has changed coaches several times in the last few seasons, but we do not see the expected performance from this team. So now Manchester United should reorganize the squad.
I don't think they have more players in their squad than other clubs in Premier League and probably they have more players but not too significant than other clubs. What they have more than other clubs is their star players but the bottom line is quality and actual contribution, not number of total star players they have. A team play and win or lose as a team and if they have a team that is imbalanced between attack and defense as well as non-united team by internal conflicts of their players, they won't go too far with those star players.
Their squad have many weak positions that need to be improved in this summer to prepare as best as possible for a next season.
