Hmmm this is a nice suggestion, I think he wrote it in his notebook on his Samsung phone , I will ask him if he have any backup in his email.

So I will tell him to give it a try I hope he even took screenshot of the seed phrase ( is usually common for lazy folks  Cheesy) .
Okay, he can give it a try. Let him download the same app he was using on the faulty phone from PlayStore and input the same email address, but I hope the online backup was enabled. My own applicationapp's online backup does not come enabled by default, but I just hope his own does or he did it without noticing.

I've been using ColorNote for about 10 years now and I've changed like 3-4 phones over this period. Each time I get a new phone, all I need to do is to download the same app, enter my email address and all my notes taken in the old phone would automatically come on the new phone.
