I noticed some complaints about the responsiveness of customer support on different platforms, too. I have said it before that the bonuses are jokingly low, but this week is the final proof. Not only are they low, they are even lower than BC, that's amazing.
I have around 23k in wager this week, which of course is not much but it's something. It's actually the most I ever had on this site since I only have around 75k life time wager there. So 23k wager, and operating at a small loss. On stake I would get around 30-50$ for this, in weekly bonus. And guess what whopping amount bf is projecting, 6.50$ !! Even on BC I would get like 14$

So yeah, the bonuses on this site are awful while of course the rest is up to par with good other sites, as I have said before.
