A team that only gets second place for 3 editions cannot be said to be a brilliant season, a team success is measured by trophies and Arsenal is not one of those teams at least until they win the title, which I believe from them is not daring to spend a lot of money, how will you become a champion if you only rely on a few quality players, this is the premier league a league full of great teams so to get the title every line of Arsenal must be filled with reliable players not only that I have said several times they do not have a great number 9 player, that's where their mistake lies all this time.
