If they assure you that you will get a host after you wagered 50,000 USD within 30 days, with the intention to not give one, then it is a scam!
And as they don't give a host, even though the conditions are fulfilled, they do this intentionally!
Btw, in my case, after I had wagered 90% of Platinum Level VI, they suddenly blocked my account for deposits and asked for KYC documents, even though I had wagered 90% of Platinum Level VI based on the written agreement that KYC isn't compulsory for me.
