I don't think gambling at a tender age can lead one to become addicted to other things outside of gambling. If gamblers are addicted and used to substances like drugs and alcohol, I don't think gambling is the cause; something else is responsible for these addictions. Gambling at a tender age will only cause one to become more addicted because young people don't really understand the value of money.

Gambling at tender age has so many negative effects on the youngins, it makes them to become unstable emotionally whenever they lose and when they lose they try to do drugs and alcohol to reduce the thinking and emotional trauma they go through after losing their money. Gambling may not lead people to taking drugs but it a major contributor to those kids taking alcohol cause they use it to stay calm after losing.

That why I do tell most for parents,caregivers it's very essential for them to be aware of thses risk and make should to provide good support, like Encouraging tge with young gaming devices, and also if there is any needs for promotion of emotional well being and with a strong term of this offering this resources for the young addition struggling it can help mitigate these negative effects. And it aslo adiviseable as caregivers it very important to sand by them when ever need may be this has help a alot of young gamblers in the past.
