The account his request ban left for is already Active ( Online) does a ban mean he can login but cant post ?
Yes, they can open their banned account, but
they can't post. I think there are some other features they can still access apart from being able to open the account, but I forgot which.
I might be wrong tho, but I swear I remember reading something about it.
