Yeah… it’s honestly super frustrating to wait this long without a proper resolution. I just wanted to try their site, thinking it was solid and legit. I never tried to exploit the system or get any unfair advantage — I didn’t even use any bonuses or shady stuff like that, it's just not worth it for me.

The amount that’s stuck is a lot for me — maybe nothing for them, but for me, it’s big. I have never got banned anywhere else, and I still have full access to my Rollbit account, so I really hoped this situation could be resolved somehow.

But I’m slowly losing hope and really don’t know what else to do at this point…

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but... I asked around several casinos [not just betpanda and BC] and ask for their insight on how sportsbook decision works, and uhh... sadly I think this is it. There is no other thing to do. Sportsbook division on gambling platforms [the one I asked] have their own risk assessment team, I believe it come from their own too instead of the platform itself. The call to forfeit was made by the team [namely the provider] and the casino [in this case, Rollbit] can't overrule it.
I have no idea why people keep telling you that the provider makes all decisions. Maybe they don't know or are just trying to shift blame. Each sportsbook makes the final decision and if someone get sued, the sportsbook will be the defendant, not the provider. What if two sportsbooks use the same provider but have different rules. The odds provider does exactly what the name says, they are odds providers with the addition of being a profiler.

Just as in XYes, a provider may have told XYes that the player was a value bettor. Then XYes makes a decision on how to handle the situation.

Yeah, I honestly don’t get it either, it all sounds absurd to me.
I still have full access to my account, I can log in and everything, I’m just restricted from betting or playing.

The whole thing is super inconsistent, support keeps asking me to provide info about “other accounts,” meanwhile by email they’re telling me it’s some AML thing, and then Razer told Holydarkness it’s about “sportsbet abuse.”

It’s just completely messed up and confusing.
