Yeah, I honestly don’t get it either, it all sounds absurd to me.
I still have full access to my account, I can log in and everything, I’m just restricted from betting or playing.
The whole thing is super inconsistent, support keeps asking me to provide info about “other accounts,” meanwhile by email they’re telling me it’s some AML thing, and then Razer told Holydarkness it’s about “sportsbet abuse.”
It’s just completely messed up and confusing.
It’s because the provider advised the casino to restrict your account for the profitability concerns on the casino side. Obviously casino will just follow the odds provider findings to protect their business that’s why you are restricted to bet but not to use the casino to play other games.
Once you are connected to account that already restricted on different casino with same provider you will always experience this inconvenience on any casino.
