I’ve actually experienced this with other casinos too, and it’s really annoying.
Sometimes, they do respond but then they disconnect the chat if you don’t reply right away. It shouldn’t be like that.
As long as the person who made the inquiry hasn’t ended the conversation, it shouldn’t be disconnected unless it’s been more than 24 hours.

Hopefully chip.gg address this issue also in some of the accusation in scam accusation board. There's some thread that he can't find any response from chip.gg
