AI support bots are only helpful for answering repeated questions, i mean, 99% of the time they just repeat what's in the FAQ page or some other help page.
but i don't think betfury has AI support agents? the 3 times i contacted live support, i always spoke with a human after selecting what kind of issue i had, and they always replied fast.

i hope they don't make the mistake of adding AI support, imo, that's only gonna make the user experience worse because they suck. one of the online fintech banks i use added AI support agents and they are as helpful as a rock, a total waste of my time before i finally get to a real person.

Will give lower on this to since I always prefer human interaction towards contacting support. Although we cannot deny that Ai is helpful in minor cases, but its not helping on complicated issue since its annoying to receive repetitive answer which is not helpful in our case.
