If you think it is only when Arsenal wins the Premier League title that they will have a great season, you are totally wrong. We know that Arsenal was close to winning the Premier League title on 3 occasions, but they failed to do so. Arsenal finishing in the second position in the Premier League table is already a great season for Arsenal because the Premier League is a competitive league, and any club that finishes in the second position in the Premier League table already had a great season.

How then do you judge the successfulness of a team if not for the trophies being won by that team! How exactly does a team have a great season with zero trophy common man. You came close to winning a trophy in 3 consecutive years without actually winning any and you're saying it was a great season. The teams that won , what kind of season are are we going to say they had since you guys already said coming second is a great season? You said premier league is competitive so because of that any team that comes second had a marvellous season, lol. Need I remind you that Serie A was the most competitive league this season that just finished seconded by La Liga before EPL. Now my question to you now is, was the season a great season for Inter Milan because they came second?

There's nothing I will tell you that will make you believe Arsenal had a great season in the Premier League because you already believe it is only when a club wins a title that they are successful, so I will not argue with you on this subject matter.
