I don't usually see casino representatives, aka official accounts, get engaged in general conversation or even political conversation. They don't have to be in conversation to promote their business. They can do other kinds of promotions that they have tried before. If the person behind the account is interested in conversation, they should write from their account instead of ruining the official account's reputation.
