That's a nice service they have for selected members. Amazon has something similar. I don't know if it's for everyone or if it's exclusive to Amazon Prime users. When you are at their support page, you have various ways to contact them. Besides the obvious live chat and email, you can also ask them to contact you and they do it rather quickly. And they have agents doing the calls in other languages, not just English.
