Honestly, I didn’t expect De Bruyne to choose Serie A over MLS or Saudi Arabia. But now that he’s officially joined Napoli, I’m really looking forward to watching them. With him, Lukaku, McTominay, and others, they’re building a solid core with a Premier League flavor. Inter used to be the dominant force in Italy, but things might be shifting now. I’m not the biggest Serie A fan, but I’ll definitely keep an eye on Napoli next season.
De Bruyne wants to still want to play in the top European Leagues which is his reasons for snubbing the MLS and the Saudi League. The feelings is different when playing in Europe than outside but it I were Kevin De Bruyne, I would have chosen the Saudi League because he can earn huge salary even if he's not contributing much again but since he Napoli, he should endeavor to work with Antonio Conte and perform to the best of his ability. He should also be disciplined because Antonio Conte like players who are loyal and play within his coaching tactics. Kevin De Bruyne is getting old and his performance will not be as it was when he was at Manchester City. Napoli and Conte tried for adding more players to the squad after they won the Serie A. The signings will help the team become stronger than they were last season.
