I checked the last 3 recent complaints against chips.gg in casino.guru, there is no reply from chips indeed. I did not check the other complaints as I think 3 recent complaints is enough to know the recent situation about how fast chips.gg respond to complaints in casino.guru. I do not mean to say that I'm supporting the users or blaming chips but it will be nice if chips can be more responsive in dealing with complaints.

It's their duty to read the complaints, respond them when summoned by the mediators but the more they keep ignoring (not responding to complaints leaving them unresolved), the more their casino ratings keep dropping. The last time I checked, they seem to have very higher than average ratings which was good for them
