I think it’s because of stubbornness, which is typical of Brazilian coaches, they latch onto an idea and stick with it until the end. In Casemiro’s case, I believe he didn’t have much relevance earlier because of that. I don’t have much faith in this current national team. Maybe they’ll go far, but I’m more hopeful about a long-term project, aiming for the 2030 World Cup, for example. This upcoming World Cup already feels pretty much lost due to the CBF’s poor management.

The problem entirely for me I think it's from the number of good players there currently performing as average players in general because they have been so many instances where I have watched the Brazilian team and played so poorly without any zeal or love for the game and I think Carlo ancelloti has a lot to in a space of short time because the world cup is next year and if he doesn't change the mentality of these players then they are definitely going home playing like this.

The player is really great at the club, but the same player becomes totally average when playing for the national team. I don't think that passion for the jersey exists anymore. In the past, players used to watch the great stars on TV and dreamed of being like them. But with the rise of the internet, all of that has changed, they now prefer to be stars or celebrities instead of focusing on their careers and building a legacy in the sport. Times have changed, and I think from now on, it’s only going to get worse.
