You are saying other casino like bc.game , Rollbit and duelbit are also having similar response problem? I don't know for any of above casino but one thing I do that is that whenever response is slow or in this case not all, it's get the player really agitated and worried even though they understand themselves that the issue will be resolved they still get all agitated.

If you send them an email, it may take over a month to get a reply from them. Sometimes they ignore emails, which means you won't receive any response from them.
