But think about it. They were running an active campaign here, and now they haven't visited the forum for over two months.
They responded to complaints in casino.guru, and now they ignore complaints and their rating is falling. (They ignore in chat, instantly block in discord and telegram).
This is not an accident. It means the casino made such a decision. Now they don't care about their players.
Damn! I did like this site in the past and earned small profit through it, but I never expected them to fall this low just like some other sites such as BC.Game, Rollbit, Duelbits etc these days.
If this is really the case then I think people behind their support is not working well, it seems that they neglect on their duties that's why people got this kind of problem. Management should check those people who work on their support and maybe replace them with active so that this issue will not happen again.
Or the management themselves might be incompetent urging these agents to do as they say. We never really know what goes on behind the scenes and we tend to blame the agents first almost always.
You are saying other casino like bc.game , Rollbit and duelbit are also having similar response problem? I don't know for any of above casino but one thing I do that is that whenever response is slow or in this case not all, it's get the player really agitated and worried even though they understand themselves that the issue will be resolved they still get all agitated.
But I can for sure that chips is a genuine casino and I have and still using the site till now although I haven't gotten any means to law complaint but I know even this issue currently will be resolved in no time.
