I agree with you, don't want to put down or who is being put down, but from the new account the poster is using, it seems like just trying to complain in the thread.

So far the game whether casino bot/live is fair and proper, and I read the manager also responded in a message to continue in a private message. I realize that maybe some of the company representatives on the forum will respond but it will take some time/wait list. The concern of members here with various reactions also varies. If such a discussion is uploaded, it will certainly cause a lot of speculation and feel like there is a lack of evidence.

But hopefully it has been resolved properly so as not to cause technical misunderstandings and spread widely, I'm sure dev is prepared for system errors or possibilities that occur that are out of control,, your statement is good.
