All of my struggles gone in a matter of weeks, my stupidity got the best of me and I couldnt control myself, couldnt stop myself. I have had some thoughts since then, not the best ones. Im ashamed of what I did and im hopeless, how am I going to tell my family about this, how do I tell them I lost everything and im a fuckup.. I have been having these thoughts the past few days, seems more and more appealing to me. Ive always struggled with my mental health but never like this. It feels like im hanging from a cliff with no end. The only good option is to let go.

Idk why im writing this here, i guess this forum is the place where I started my journey in crypto, and this is where I chose to end it too.

For you to have that thought of going to where you lost your money in other to make more, 1. you need to know that is a 50/50 chance of getting more money or losing it completely. 2. That was a choice you made which you never told anyone of your family member and i believe no one made you or should I say no one forced you to go there. Gambling is something we can't beat and we all have to be careful on how we make decisions in life not only about betting but life in general, so it won't affect us in future. And when you choose to bet I always advise that you should never have it in mind that you'd come out victorious because if you do and the outcome doesn't happen how you hope it would, then it becomes a problem and before you know it depression will take over.
Now this feeling you have running around your head can't help in any way, I understand you but to me I feel you weren't ready before walking into gambling to multiple your money, it has happened already but let's see it this way...what if you won more than the money you went in with, would you have been running away from your family? No, your joy would have explained everything to them but to cut it short, I'll advise you face your fears and start all over again and I believe you can bounce back and if you take your life today it will only be worse for your family but seeing you alive gives them hope that you can recover the money you lost again. This is a lesson for your children to never give up when they fall but if you take your life believe me it will never make them strong and they'll never know how to face any challenges that comes their way....sit them down and explain to them, after that keep your head up and start all over.
