By my assumptions, there are strong indications already that we are moving past an era where employers put educational qualifications at the fore front of their requirement for employment into certain positions, some employers now hold personal qualities such as skills possessed by the individual ahead of the school they went to and the degree they graduated with. First, I would like to ask, could this be a reflection of a failing educational system?
Their is nothing as such, our educational systems is doing just fine, just that their are some special skills that are in high demands, but that doesn't mean that to be educated is not worth it.
Every country's system is completely normal, but the difference lies in the demand for jobs in their global economy, due to which our system in the whole world decreases. If we improve the job system in our country, then this dispute and their percentage will also be normal in every country. And according to me, experience should be considered better and education is better for a job. But if we look at both, we will have to think according to the system of our country and our home.
